📋 Description

• Understand the company's strategy and business, as well as industry dynamics, supporting strategic planning and decision-making • Lead the annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts, ensuring financial targets are aligned with company strategy • Investigate variances between actual and planned results, identify causes and propose action plans • Develop robust financial models to support decision-making, including sensitivity analysis and modeling of new projects (investments, CAPEX), and updating and improving long-term financial modeling • Support non-financial areas (commercial, marketing, legal), helping leaders manage their budgets • Provide visibility of results to both internal leadership and the Board to support company-wide decision-making • Create and monitor business KPIs • Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario simulations • Create executive presentations (slides/dashboards) that tell the “story” behind the numbers for the Board/directors • Automate reports and improve the efficiency of planning tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields • Fluent English • Proficiency in preparing budgets, forecasts, and business plans • Advanced Excel (essential for financial modeling, complex formulas, and handling large datasets) • Strong understanding of financial statements (Income Statement/P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and accounting principles • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView for dashboard development
