📋 Description

• Join an innovative Artificial Intelligence platform at Itaú, responsible for driving business value by creating product-focused intelligent agents. • Develop scalable, resilient solutions for intelligent agents in production. • Build applications and integrations using Python, Golang, AWS and APIs. • Apply software engineering best practices to Generative AI solutions. • Contribute to architecture decisions and the platform’s evolution. • Implement observability, quality, security and governance for agents. • Ensure technical excellence of deliveries through testing, code reviews and ongoing collaboration with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing with Python and familiarity with Golang. • Experience with AWS, microservices, distributed architectures and serverless solutions. • Knowledge of APIs, event-driven systems and integrations. • Experience with Git, code review and software engineering best practices. • Knowledge of observability and application monitoring. • Practical experience working with Generative AI, LLMs and building intelligent applications. • Nice-to-haves: • Experience with OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or other Generative AI platforms. • Experience building intelligent agents and LLM-based applications. • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Multi-Agent systems and Context Management. • Experience in evaluating and ensuring quality of AI agents. • Familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture and software engineering best practices.
