📋 Description

• Serve as the squad's technical reference. • Lead architecture decisions and the technological evolution of products. • Support engineers' technical development through mentoring, code reviews and continuous follow-up. • Lead technical discussions and resolve complex problems. • Work in partnership with Product Managers, Architects and other leaders. • Ensure engineering best practices, security, observability and reliability of applications. • Support the development of future architecture and technological modernization initiatives. • Participate in innovation initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence, automation and data-driven solutions. • Influence technical decisions within and beyond the squad. • Connect business needs with the best technological solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer or equivalent technical leadership role. • Experience in agile environments and digital products. • Experience with distributed architectures and microservices. • Backend development using Python and/or .NET. • Experience with AWS. • Knowledge of REST APIs and synchronous and asynchronous integrations. • Event-driven architectures. • Modern Software Engineering, DevOps and CI/CD practices. • Relational databases. • Observability, resilience and reliability of applications. • Strong communication and influencing skills. • Interest in gaining a deep understanding of the business and working closely with stakeholders. • Nice to have: • Experience with Generative AI, intelligent agents and LLMs. • Knowledge of Analytics and data-driven products. • Experience modernizing legacy applications. • Experience in mission-critical, high-availability environments. • AWS certifications (Practitioner or Associate). • Front-end knowledge using React or Angular.
