📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider surrounding area • Participating in the on-call service to help customers as quickly as possible • Commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting heat pumps in the Herford region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally, further training as a master craftsperson or technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate • Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is an advantage • Valid Class B driver’s license • Good written and spoken German skills • Strong technical aptitude • High customer focus • Willingness to travel
