📋 Description
• Perform commissioning and maintenance at end customers' sites • Provide service-oriented advice to our customers by phone and on-site • Support your colleagues in the technical field service across the wider area of your assignment • Take on on-call duty to provide rapid assistance to customers
🎯 Requirements
• Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician specializing in Refrigeration • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. as a refrigeration system fitter / refrigeration mechatronics technician or as a heating installer with a valid refrigeration certificate • Knowledge of the design and operation of heat pumps • NIV 15 qualification desirable • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Good written and spoken German
