📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in on-call duty to provide customers with support as quickly as possible • Promoting sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps • Providing customer service throughout the Düsseldorf region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrical technician/electrician • Ideally, further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Valid refrigerant handling certification • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude • Strong customer focus • Willingness to travel
