📋 Description

• Lead sourcing activities for Professional Services and assigned indirect categories, including supplier engagement, proposal evaluation, negotiations, recommendations, and award documentation • Develop and execute sourcing strategies supporting cost optimization, business requirements, and effective supplier management • Partner with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, communicate status, and execute procurement initiatives successfully • Review and manage procurement and commercial documentation, supplier onboarding, approvals, purchase orders, and related processes • Maintain accurate sourcing projects, trackers, reports, savings documentation, and supplier information • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency • Lead sourcing and procurement activities across assigned indirect categories, focusing on Professional Services • Drive commercial value, supplier performance, and business continuity while aligning with procurement processes and business requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field • Relevant professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, supplier management, or a related function • Strong experience with indirect procurement, preferably with Professional Services categories • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills • Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment • Experience managing Professional Services sourcing categories and commercial agreements (nice to have) • Experience developing sourcing strategies and delivering cost optimization or savings initiatives (nice to have) • Experience working in a global manufacturing or multinational organization with cross-functional stakeholders (nice to have)
