📋 Description

• Actively acquire new customers and expand the customer network in the region • Analyze the sales territory using modern software tools to identify revenue potential • Support the entire sales process, from needs analysis and quotation preparation through order fulfillment • Develop into the primary point of contact for customers • Present innovative product, system, and service innovations during customer sales meetings • Analyze market and competitive developments with sales colleagues • Build long-term, successful customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in HVAC/plumbing (SHK) or electrical engineering, commercial training with a focus on sales, or a relevant university degree • Strong affinity for sales and a passion for customer acquisition and selling • Initial practical experience in sales or a customer-focused role is an advantage • Willingness to acquire a foundational knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and energy technology • Business-fluent German • English proficiency at B2 level • Willingness to travel regularly • Residence within the sales territory • Strong communication skills, initiative, and persuasiveness
