📋 Description

• Attract and win companies for the rights portfolio through cold calling • Manage existing clients, strengthen relationships, and build long-term partnerships • Develop new marketing ideas, sales products, and business models together with management • Conduct competitive analyses and maintain documentation • Research client-specific information • Drive the implementation of sponsorships • Actively contribute to the company’s mission and continued development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the marketing of sports clubs or associations is ideal but not essential • Sales experience and enthusiasm for cold calling • Talent for engaging clients and presenting with passion • Team player with a passion for sports, including esports • Creative and self-motivated approach to work • Business-fluent English is an advantage • Ideally based in the greater Mainz area, but this is not essential • Confident user of MS Office • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs is an advantage
