📋 Description

• Perform commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators • Provide service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person • Support colleagues in technical field service within the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participate in the on-call service to provide customers with the fastest possible support • Contribute to advancing sustainable energy solutions in the Düsseldorf region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Valid refrigeration handling certificate (F-gas certification) • Valid Class B driver's license • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude • Strong customer focus • Willingness to travel
