📋 Description

• Coordinate the rollout of software updates, including schedules, scope, target groups, dependencies, and maintenance windows • Align rollout activities with Development, Testing, Technical Deployment, Release Management, Operations, Security, and Support • Consolidate and track status information, test results, and release decisions • Coordinate communications regarding schedules, scope, impact, maintenance windows, and known limitations • Track rollout progress and coordinate outstanding items • Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, reports, and analyses • Consolidate, validate, and prepare rollout, service, quality, and field data • Develop, align on, and continuously review appropriate KPIs for update campaigns, service quality, process performance, and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree, for example in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, or a technical field; alternatively, an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in project, program, product, or rollout management, ideally in a technical and internationally oriented environment • Proficient use of project management methodologies, with experience in milestone, risk, resource, and stakeholder management • Strong understanding of cross-functional end-to-end processes and the requirements of market, service, and country organizations • Very good command of German and English • Sound knowledge of data analysis, data preparation, KPI development, and the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports • Proficiency with analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools • Several years of relevant experience in technical service, remote support, rollout management, or KPI-based performance management, reporting, and dashboarding • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, a professional and reliable manner, strong decision-making abilities, and outstanding communication and facilitation skills
