• Guide clients through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal • Develop a strong understanding of company's value propositions • Conduct regular business reviews • Drive engagement and adoption of platform • Transform clients into partners • Advocate for customers and capture feedback • Partner closely with Sales, Support, and Technical teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1-3 years of customer-facing experience • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.com • Confident, high energy, self-motivated team player • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts • Ability to excel in fast-paced environment • Understanding of technical concepts and solutions • Prior experience in SaaS preferred • Desire to learn new technologies • Proficiency in various tools such as SFDC, Gong, Pendo, O365, Zendesk, and more
