Description

• Responsible for the growth and development of the Social Media team in the Emerging Markets Division • Manage and train existing employees • Hire external contracted workers to assemble a team • Build successful channels for acquisition across social platforms • Ensure compliance with local regulations • Initially more operational role, involved in day-to-day running of channels • Analyze data and trends for best results • Deliver Monthly P&L along with strategic updates • Team and individual growth from induction to ongoing learning and development • May assist U.S Division Leadership

Requirements

• Min 3 years experience in social media management and monetization • Experience in managing a team • Experience in managing P&L and reporting on KPIs achievements • Experience in affiliation (Gambling/Sports betting preferred) • Ability to perform market research and compliance checks • Experience in working for Latam/APAC/Esports verticals • Experience in Funnel analysis (preferred) • Experience in PPC (preferred) • Fluent in English with strong communication skills • Fluent in Portuguese/Spanish/Japanese (preferred)
