📋 Description

• Customer Happiness, Product Adoption and MRR Growth are your key metrics • You proactively support your customers during implementation, adoption and strategic development • You actively identify up- and cross-sell opportunities in your customer pool and close expansion deals independently • You apply the MEDDIC methodology with key customers to qualify and successfully close expansion opportunities • As part of the CS team, you design and execute campaigns for customer retention, customer happiness and churn prevention • You take ownership of customer onboarding processes to ensure a perfect start with our Document Automation Suite • You participate in regular deal challenges and coaching sessions to further develop your revenue skills and maintain forecasts • You work closely with your team as well as Sales and Marketing to maximize growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• You are a strong communicator and enjoy solving customers’ problems — and spotting growth opportunities • You have sales ambition and want to do more than support customers; you want to actively drive revenue • MEDDIC is not a foreign language to you — you either use the methodology or are ready to learn it actively • You easily convince others with a likeable and reliable presence • You work passionately in a team and enjoy exchanging ideas about deals and best practices • You are excited about cloud products and want to gain experience in a growing SaaS startup • 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, project responsibility or initial sales experience is an advantage; career changers are also welcome • Excellent communication skills in German and English are required
