📋 Description
• Serve as a Dutch Operations Customer Expert for Bol.com • Provide customer operations support for Bol.com • Work remotely from within Portugal • Complete a 6-day fully paid onboarding program • Work rotational shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday–Sunday
🎯 Requirements
• Must currently reside inside Portugal • Fluent/native proficiency in Dutch • Good working English skills • High School Diploma or equivalent • Strong communication abilities • Customer-centric mindset • Willingness to complete two quick online screening assessments • Availability for rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday, 07:00–23:00
