📋 Description

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, focusing on compliance and seamless documentation • Verify and prepare employment packages • Own the entire employee onboarding lifecycle and meet operational requirements • Address employee queries throughout the onboarding process • Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams • Seek and implement improvements to the onboarding experience • Manage and maintain employee data with accuracy, security, and confidentiality • Contribute to reporting, audits, and data integrity projects • Identify and champion automation opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability • Report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in operational roles • Solid understanding of people operations, with experience in employment and legal contracting • Proficiency in handling employment contracts and legally binding documents, particularly within HR or people management • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally within startups or high-growth companies • High proficiency in written and spoken English at business level • Keen eye for detail and clarity in documentation and communication • Skilled in collaboration tools for asynchronous work • Ability to learn and adapt to new and evolving systems • Ability to work autonomously and within an international, fast-paced, remote team • Ability to balance multiple priorities • Openness to flexible hours to support global needs • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar • Knowledge and content management skills
