⢠Calling upon applicants daily. ⢠Interview, screen and qualify potential applicants. ⢠Use independent judgment to determine the best applicants to represent CCS. ⢠Match the best candidates with client's expectations and requirements. ⢠Instruct, train and orient candidate on CCS' policies and expectations about the particular assignment. ⢠Supervise and appraise the productivity and efficiency of the applicant through follow-up and quality control checks.
⢠No previous staffing/recruiting experience required. ⢠Fluency in English and Spanish. ⢠Willing to learn. ⢠Must have positive attitude and ambition to grow in staffing and recruiting. ⢠Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software. ⢠Must have a commitment to excellence.
