• Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone • Qualify inbound leads through structured discovery and route opportunities to Account Executives • Book qualified meetings that convert to pipeline—success is measured by quality, not just activity • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align outreach with campaigns, events, and product launches • Maintain accurate CRM records of all activity, notes, and pipeline status in HubSpot • Surface prospect feedback, competitive intel, and market insights to sharpen messaging • Support events and conferences with pre- and post-engagement to maximize pipeline impact
• 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS, legal tech, fintech, or professional services • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple outreach streams • Curiosity and coachability—you learn quickly and apply feedback • Resilience and goal orientation—you move fast and don't let "no" slow you down • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools
