📋 Description

• Provide client support via videoconference for validation and issuance of digital certificates; • Strictly follow the current customer-service script during videoconferences to verify the identity of digital certificate holders; • Use required platforms and systems to validate holder data during and after videoconferences to ensure correct issuance of digital certificates; • Review documentation for requests validated by the partner network.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Organized and detail-oriented; • Comfortable with technology and digital tools; • Experience in customer service; • Must reside in Curitiba (PR).
