📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and Scrum events • Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog • Guide the team in removing impediments and fostering self-organization • Map and propose improvements to agile processes • Analyze business needs to support the Product Owner • Create clear and concise backlog items • Manage impediments • Provide technical support in transition environments where Scrum has not yet been fully adopted • Guide, mentor, and train teams to increase productivity • Promote agile practices and advance team maturity • Work with technology teams in critical environments of high business importance

🎯 Requirements

• Certified SAFe® Agilist • Knowledge of Scrum methodology, including roles, events, and practical application • Knowledge of agile practices • Collaboration techniques and Product Backlog management in partnership with the Product Owner • Product vision communication • Long-term planning in empirical environments • Team process facilitation • Impediment removal • Corporate training for Scrum implementation • Strong leadership skills • Well-developed systems thinking • Resilience • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on continuous improvement and results
