📋 Description

• Support the planning, monitoring, and governance of projects and strategic initiatives • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help remove impediments • Track team performance and maturity indicators • Promote the continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices • Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps • Lead workshops, alignment sessions, and executive meetings with diverse stakeholders • Support multiple teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and visibility into deliverables • Contribute to Agile transformation and digital transformation initiatives • Produce executive reports and monitor execution and efficiency metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a PMO, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or in a related role • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks • Experience facilitating Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies • Experience working on Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives • Experience managing indicators and metrics for Agile teams • Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and governance • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and initiative roadmaps • Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead workshops and executive meetings • Scrum, Kanban, Agile, or SAFe certifications are a plus • Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify Model) is a plus • Experience in large corporate environments is a plus • Knowledge of flow metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP is a plus • Knowledge of DORA metrics is a plus • Experience in digital transformation is a plus • Experience with portfolio management, strategic planning, and OKRs is a plus
