Description

• Work closely with the Director of Finance & Accounting on core strategic financial and planning processes at the corporate, functional, and departmental levels, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking & analysis. • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial and business models to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. • Serve as the Finance business partner to key decision makers across the organization. • Ensure the ongoing delivery of quality analytics and reporting, including headcount, revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, and analysis of actual to expected performance. • Partner with the Director of Finance & Accounting and CEO directly in communications with the board, leadership team, investors, and other stakeholders; prepare materials, conduct analysis, and help shape our narrative. • Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support informed, strategic decision-making. • Identify opportunities for process improvement throughout finance and accounting and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the broader finance team. • Provide Financial Operations support to the Director of Finance & Accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in a combination of FP&A or Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company, consulting, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, building three-statement financial models, and analytics and visualization tools • Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges • This role requires a self-starter, keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment • History of building positive relationships with people and teams across a broad, diverse organization • Strong knowledge of GAAP and Accounting is a plus
