Description

• Lead and take accountability for Pratham’s fundraising efforts targeting mid-level and retail donors, with an initial annual goal of approximately $18M and expectations of sustainable growth. • Develop and supervise a comprehensive fundraising strategy and 12-18-month operating plans to enable Pratham USA's growth and diversify funding from individual donors contributing $10,000 and below annually. • Collaborate with the Marketing/Communications team, the India/Global Programs Team, and select individuals from the Philanthropy Team to refine and develop fundraising approaches, programs, products, and campaigns. • Leverage AI and other tools to efficiently expand reach, increase the mid-level donor base, strengthen relationships with current supporters, and drive revenue growth. • Work with philanthropy and marketing/communications colleagues to articulate various donor journeys and align systems with the organization's ability to engage and grow relationships with individual donors. • Partner with the Head of Fundraising Operations to lead the development of Pratham’s data trends and structure. Recommend new ways to gather, capture, and report data aligned with the fundraising strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience in fundraising and marketing • Strong leadership skills • Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of donor engagement strategies
