Description

• Own Marketing-operations system architecture and strategy • Manage lead/contact/account data strategies, scoring, routing, and reporting within the existing framework • Maintain the health of the database, including contact enrichment, optimization, cleansing & deliverability, compliance management, and segmentation management • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and optimize campaign creation workflows & scaled marketing outreach programs • Implement and set up multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion • Define KPIs and funnel metrics, and develop insights to measure the impact of marketing on the overall business • Document operations processes and strategies and provide training to cross-functional teams when required • Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests aimed at enhancing customer experience and lead generation • Analyze and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns via Marketo & Marketo Measure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • Proven experience in marketing operations, in both the B2B and B2C space • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo Engage, Hubspot, Klaviyo, etc. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce • Familiarity with HTML and web tracking technologies
