📋 Description

• Ensure technical excellence and strategic consistency of the practice’s corporate legal solutions by handling complex matters, strategic contracts and M&A transactions, focusing on risk mitigation, value creation for clients’ businesses and strengthening the firm’s institutional positioning. • Ensure that clients’ legal decisions are supported by deep, up-to-date analyses aligned with their business objectives; lead the team technically, validate deliverables and drive the evolution of advisory solutions with a long-term vision, innovation and high quality standards. • Provide technical leadership on complex corporate advisory matters, strategic contracts and M&A transactions. • Define legal strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives. • Manage legal relationships with strategic clients. • Review and validate technical deliverables produced by the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law. • Postgraduate degree in Corporate/Business Law. • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • More than 7 years of professional experience in corporate advisory, contracts, real estate and M&A. • Fluent in English and French (mandatory; there will be a proficiency test). • Proven experience handling strategic and complex transactions.
