📋 Description

• Responsible for daily payroll processing through in-house, managed-service, and outsourcing solutions • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal company requirements • Independently communicate with authorities and other stakeholders • Analyze and resolve errors or discrepancies in payroll systems and processes • Conduct monthly payroll approvals and prepare documentation for payment approvals • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing • Complete statutory filings and payments, as well as year-end closing and reporting activities • Support internal and external audits and ensure complete documentation • Collaborate with external payroll providers and service partners • Manage payroll-related compensation and benefits matters, including expatriate payroll, employee participation programs, and share plans • Continuously improve payroll processes while ensuring high quality and governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing or payroll administration in Germany • Fluent German and good written and spoken English • Structured and meticulous working style with a high degree of attention to detail • Ability to work reliably and accurately under time pressure • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard Microsoft Office applications • Experience with Workday and ADP is an advantage, but not required
