πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Gathering Patient care and outcomes data through Care Calls, KVC Hospitals' EHR, and other means. β€’ Organizing data & presenting it in a way that is understandable to others. β€’ Working with other departments to develop enhanced data collection methods and monitoring systems as necessary. β€’ Completing Care calls (discharge/aftercare communication with guardians) for all KVC Hospitals sites. β€’ Demonstrating competence with tools and databases used by KVC Hospitals to provide adequate care for Patients. β€’ Collecting, organizing, analyzing & presenting data related to Patient care provided by KVC Hospitals as assigned. β€’ Providing presentations via video conferencing system or in-person as needed. β€’ Participating in Performance Improvement initiatives. β€’ Managing data collected & inputted in Qualtrics. β€’ Aiding in the evaluation of implementation best practice. β€’ Navigating challenging situations & professionally communicating with internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Working only within the authorized schedule provided by management.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in data science, computer science or social services, psychology, management information systems or other related field of study is required. β€’ Valid driver's license and auto insurance. β€’ A minimum of at least one year of experience in data collection, organization and evaluation is required. β€’ Experience in or general knowledge of child psychiatric care system & utilizing an Electronic Health Record program is preferred. β€’ Detail-oriented, effective organizational skills, time management, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. β€’ Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
