Description
• Onboard new customers in a timely manner while providing excellent customer experience • Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects to ensure successful implementation of ChiroTouch software and services • Utilize strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills
Requirements
• Chiropractic and/or ChiroTouch software experience highly desired • Software onboarding or customer project management experience highly desired, preferably in a SaaS organization • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in software training, support, or implementation role • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and application sharing tools • Maintains high standards of integrity and accountability • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Passionate customer champion with proven ability to provide exceptional customer support
