📋 Description

• Coordinates workflows between humans and agents, ensuring compliance, collaboration, and SDLC optimization • Maps the value stream, manages dependencies, and maintains workflow health • Ensures the quality and execution of test scenarios and potential workflow automations • Leads and inspires the squad, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment • Sets goals and tracks team progress through operational and product metrics • Manages risks • Promotes agile principles and practices, effective collaboration, and high-performing self-organizing teams • Facilitates team progress and removes impediments • Serves as the focal point for communication with the Product Owner, aligning decisions and activities • Maps bottlenecks in the development cycle and leads action plans to reduce lead time through the use of agents • Ensures AI practices accelerate delivery without compromising quality

🎯 Requirements

• Essential knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and agent development applied to the development workflow • Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) • Proficiency with tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs
