📋 Description

• Drive technical strategy and lead architecture decisions across multiple client engagements alongside the Engineering Director • Participate in pre-sales and account expansion initiatives • Design and drive technical solutions for complex, mission-critical problems • Define architecture patterns, technical standards, and scalable engineering best practices • Serve as primary technical escalation point and Trusted Advisor to clients • Translate business challenges into technical strategy • Mentor senior engineers and architects • Champion AI and Agentic SDLC/DDLC practices and AI-augmented delivery methodologies • Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering • Develop and present technical proposals • Participate in statement of work development and scope definition • Identify account expansion opportunities and build business cases • Support cultivation and scaling of client relationships • Ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency of deployed solutions • Define KPIs, monitor solution health, and propose continuous improvements • Manage technical risks and escalate appropriately • Champion Agile practices and secure, high-quality engineering standards • Establish architectural consistency across squads and client projects • Ensure alignment with CI&T technical guidelines, governance frameworks, and best practices • Contribute to pre-sales opportunities, mentor senior engineers or architects, establish alliance-wide standards, and support contract expansions or new business wins

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of tenure at CI&T • Proven track record of consistent, high-performance delivery on one or more client engagements • Currently operating at Architecture Manager level, or Systems Architect ready to step into the role • Demonstrated autonomy and ability to own outcomes with minimal oversight • Strong client-facing track record • Strong engineering background in systems design, technical problem-solving, and architectural thinking • Advanced English proficiency for daily interactions and complex technical discussions with international clients • Experience working with international or multinational clients • Proactive, self-directed mindset and comfort taking ownership of growth initiatives • Preferred: experience with data modernization, cloud platforms, or data engineering, including Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and cloud data architectures • Preferred: background in regulated industries such as fintech, mortgage, healthcare, or insurance • Preferred: pre-sales, technical proposal development, and client presentation experience • Preferred: experience writing or collaborating on statements of work and scope documentation • Preferred: ability to align technical and business stakeholders
