📋 Description

• Act as a consultative partner to the client, influencing product and experience decisions at strategic and executive levels • Operate within a large, multi-stakeholder client environment, align conflicting priorities, and build consensus across teams • Lead interviews, workshops, and discovery activities to uncover user needs, behaviors, and business context • Map current-state customer journeys and design future-state journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities • Translate research findings into concrete business opportunities aligned with the client's strategic goals • Develop polished, high-fidelity UI prototypes for executive-level validation and usability testing • Present insights, journeys, and prototypes to product managers and C-level executives • Contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, multicultural environment

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design, leading discovery on complex, high-stakes engagements • Proven ability to operate as a consultant or trusted advisor in large, matrixed organizations • Strong experience conducting qualitative research with users and stakeholders • Expertise in mapping customer journeys for large-scale, multi-touchpoint ecosystems • Ability to identify and articulate business opportunities from research insights • Advanced prototyping skills using tools like Figma • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills • Fluency in English • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and methodologies • Advanced skills in prototyping and design tools, e.g. Figma • Strong business acumen and ability to translate research into actionable insights • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Experience facilitating executive workshops and steering committees is nice to have • Familiarity with design systems at scale is nice to have • Experience in highly regulated environments or healthcare is nice to have
