📋 Description

• Lead the operation of the Flow Platform, ensuring availability, stability, efficiency, and service quality. • Manage multiple platform, infrastructure, and backend teams, supporting leadership development and promoting high performance. • Monitor operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives using practices such as PDCA and metrics-driven management. • Manage incidents, prioritization, and risks, ensuring rapid response and operational continuity. • Oversee platform cost management, environment capacity, components, access, and cloud resource utilization. • Coordinate dependencies between teams, promoting technical and operational alignment to ensure deliveries. • Produce executive reports on metrics, risks, operational progress, and strategic initiatives. • Lead the transformation of teams in adopting AI First practices, promoting the use of intelligent agents and new ways of working. • Manage budget, operational governance, and resource allocation tracking. • Strengthen relationships with clients, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous value generation.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in managing technology operations, platforms, or infrastructure. • Experience leading multiple teams and technical managers in high-complexity environments. • Familiarity with Cloud platforms, infrastructure, distributed environments, and critical operations. • Experience with incident management, prioritization, operational governance, and continuous improvement. • Knowledge of cost management, capacity planning, cloud resources, and operational efficiency. • Experience with agile methodologies and Value Stream management. • Experience adopting Artificial Intelligence applied to the software development lifecycle and operational evolution. • Ability to lead organizational transformation and evolve working models. • Excellent communication and experience managing executive stakeholders and clients. • Advanced conversational English is a plus. • Experience with AI platforms and Agentic Workflows is a plus. • Experience leading global operations and multicultural environments is a plus. • Knowledge of FinOps, cloud governance, and infrastructure optimization is a plus. • Experience managing shared platforms, internal services, or development ecosystems is a plus. • Knowledge of observability, SRE, and cloud-native operations is a plus.
