📋 Description

• Shape exceptional, human-centered digital experiences that blend user needs with business objectives • Lead the end-to-end UX process from research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing • Execute user research, including stakeholder interviews and behavioral analytics reviews • Create low-fidelity wireframes and detailed user flows for web and mobile platforms • Build interactive prototypes and lead usability testing sessions • Ensure designs comply with WCAG guidelines and accessibility standards • Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate technical and business constraints into intuitive design solutions • Defend UX decisions to stakeholders • Contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, multicultural environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design • Strong track record of delivering complex, user-centered digital products • Experience contributing to and maintaining reusable UI components, patterns, and documentation • Proficiency in Figma, Framer, or Principle for micro-interactions and transitions • Strong understanding of front-end development principles: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Familiarity with design systems and methodologies that enhance collaboration and innovation (nice to have)
