📋 Description

• Map the SDLC Value Stream and define, review, and evolve processes and rituals for continuous flow with AI • Govern end-to-end delivery, reduce lead time, monitor workflow health, and eliminate bottlenecks • Orchestrate workflows between people and AI agents throughout the development cycle • Define agent autonomy levels and human sign-off triggers for security, privacy, ethical, and regulatory compliance • Translate upstream demands for technical execution, define success metrics, and prioritize value generation • Assess feasibility and ROI of agentic solutions and approve balanced architectures • Manage technical dependencies between AI Engineer and AI Deployment Engineer roles • Ensure architecture, compliance, and QA validation checkpoints • Drive change management, technical fluency, and cultural transition to the new orchestration model • Act as a bridge between upstream and delivery, ensuring time, cost, quality, and workflow health

• Experience or knowledge in delivery governance, project management, Agile, and continuous flow • Stakeholder management skills • Team leadership and change management • Risk and dependency management • AI agent orchestration and systemic AI fluency • ROI and expansion analysis • AI metrics definition • Ability to orchestrate squads and agents rather than execute pipeline steps • End-to-end vision of the development pipeline from upstream requirements through production • Ability to support cultural transformation in software development
