• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions across various seniority levels. • Support business growth hiring needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment. • Define attraction strategies with internal and external clients, ensuring cultural fit and alignment with company values. • Manage the vacancy pipeline: screening, interviews, technical alignment, and candidate follow-up through to hiring. • Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and structured feedback. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize requests and maintain ongoing alignment. • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Required: proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology professionals. • Experience in high-complexity and high-volume hiring, including staff augmentation. • Ability to build direct client relationships, conducting intake sessions and profile alignments. • Excellent communication, flexibility, and multitasking skills. • Experience tracking recruitment metrics and indicators. • Advanced/Fluent English for conversation. • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). • Preferred • Familiarity with the Lever ATS. • Experience with international hiring (multiple countries/markets). • Previous experience at consulting firms focused on technology talent acquisition. • Experience working in multicultural teams.
