📋 Description

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases • Support the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Conduct initial candidate outreach, preliminary screening, and qualification activities • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Support recruiters with administrative and coordination activities related to talent acquisition • Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within established timelines • Document candidate information and recruitment activities with strong attention to detail • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Build collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders • Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and self-discipline while working remotely

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Associate's degree preferred • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and/or human resources • Exposure to recruiting or talent acquisition activities • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, or other sourcing tools is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated discipline and accountability while working in a remote setting • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, required • Portuguese language proficiency is a plus
