📋 Description

• Deliver service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle • Act as a client brand ambassador and partner consultatively with hiring managers • Deliver top talent and provide proactive, timely search-status communication • Monitor industry and market-specific information and trends affecting searches • Mentor recruiters and other team members • Conduct detailed job-scope conversations with hiring leaders • Review applicants in the applicant tracking system • Build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns • Source candidates through resume databases, networking sites, social media, and deep web techniques using Boolean search language • Generate targeted passive-candidate lists and pursue business or internal referrals • Use phone, email, campaigns, network introductions, and social media to engage talent communities • Tailor value propositions to candidate situations and interest levels • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide logistical guidance • Provide timely application and interview updates and maintain candidate engagement • Conduct professional phone interviews and assess candidate fit, skills, team, and culture • Issue skills testing and evaluate results when required • Review background and reference information when required • Build talent pipelines and maintain multiple candidates in process • Keep hiring managers informed of market changes and search status • Articulate job offers and drive candidate acceptance • Adhere to OFCCP and other compliance standards • Provide accurate, regular recruiting activity reports • Identify search difficulties and research solutions with leadership and hiring managers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High volume recruiting background is required • Experience in manufacturing environments, such as hiring machine operators, maintenance staff, and forklift operators • Background in recruiting for the US is required • Fluent English is essential • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered • Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting • Ability to demonstrate niche segment or industry expertise • Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies • Adherence to documentation and compliance processes • Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques
