📋 Description

• Deliver service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle • Act as a brand ambassador for the client and partner with hiring managers in a consultative capacity • Deliver top talent while providing proactive and timely search-status communication • Stay abreast of industry and market-specific information or trends impacting searches • Mentor Recruiters and other team members • Demonstrate innovation and outside-the-box thinking in search techniques • Complete detailed job-scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications • Review applicants through the applicant tracking system • Build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns • Source candidates through resume databases, networking sites, Boolean searches, social media, and deep web sourcing • Generate targeted passive-candidate lists using subscriptions and technologies • Solicit referrals from business networks and internal referrals • Use proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities • Connect with talent communities through phone, email, campaigns, network introductions, and social media • Tailor value propositions to candidate situations and interest levels • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide logistical information, schedules, attire guidance, and follow-up expectations • Provide timely application and interview-status updates • Monitor top candidates’ interest levels and concerns • Conduct professional phone interviews with industry- and role-specific probing • Navigate difficult conversations to gather appropriate information • Compare interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications • Evaluate candidate, team, and cultural fit • Issue and evaluate skills testing when required • Review background and reference information when required • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process • Continuously build the talent pipeline • Advise hiring managers of market changes affecting hiring • Articulate job offers and drive candidate acceptance • Ensure compliance with OFCCP and other applicable standards • Demonstrate segment, practice, and industry expertise • Deliver strong candidate slates for each requisition • Provide accurate and regular recruiting-activity reports • Identify search difficulties and research solutions with leadership and hiring managers • Proactively communicate search status to hiring managers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High Volume recruiting background is a must • Experience in Manufacturing environments, such as hiring Machine Operators, Maintenance, and Forklift workers • Background in recruiting for the US is a must • Fluent English is essential • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered • Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting • Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise • Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies • Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance • Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques
