📋 Description

• Identify and attract top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise for niche positions • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals • Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards • Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner • Use online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing to source candidates • Cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs • Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels • Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability • Pre-screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and advise on sourcing and hiring strategies • Promote the employer brand and career growth opportunities • Maintain accurate candidate interaction and sourcing records using ATS and other tools • Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices • Foster diversity and inclusion through sourcing efforts • Identify process improvements and suggest innovative recruitment-efficiency solutions • Meet sourcing targets

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of sourcing experience recruiting for the U.S. market • Experience preferably within consumer goods or manufacturing industries • Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus • High School diploma required • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred • Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training required • Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required • Three years of sourcing or recruiting experience required • Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a particular industry, industries, market, or markets • Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong research and market analysis skills • Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations • Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle niche recruitment requirements • Ability to address sourcing challenges creatively and find innovative solutions • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
