📋 Description

• Identify and attract top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise for niche positions • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals • Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards • Review and process applications across all platforms in a timely manner • Use online platforms, social media, networking, mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to identify candidates • Cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs • Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels • Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability • Pre-screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and consult on sourcing and hiring strategies • Promote the employer brand and highlight company strengths and career growth opportunities • Maintain accurate and current candidate interaction and sourcing records using ATS and other tools • Stay updated on sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices • Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse and underrepresented groups • Identify process improvements and suggest innovative ways to improve recruitment efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field preferred • 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required • Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in, a certain industry or industries/markets required • Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong research and market analysis skills • Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations • Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle niche recruitment requirements • Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively and find innovative solutions to attract specialized talent • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
