📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential candidates for various job openings • Review and post attractive job adverts on different job boards • Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner • Use online job boards, professional networking sites, databases, and Boolean search to source candidates • Initiate communication with prospective candidates and build candidate relationships • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit • Monitor industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to optimize sourcing strategies • Maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for highly repeatable roles • Maintain accurate candidate data and records in ATS and relevant databases • Optimize sourcing strategies against agreed metrics and service levels • Support recruiters with ad hoc sourcing-related administrative tasks • Promote the employer brand and present job opportunities attractively to candidates • Coordinate feedback and facilitate the recruitment process for a smooth candidate experience • Engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support inclusivity • Identify process improvements and suggest innovative ways to improve recruitment efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in the pharma industry • Proficiency in English • High school diploma required • Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days required • 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration required • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools required • Proficiency in sourcing methods such as basic Boolean search • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records • Professional demeanour while representing the company to potential candidates
