📋 Description

• Support regional teams and customers while managing a small individual customer portfolio • Deliver technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions for automated partner workflows via API integrations • Support existing customers and onboard new customers, targeting successful onboarding within one month • Monitor integration health and flag concerning statistics • Drive customer integration health and growth, and improve speed to launch for new customers • Build and manage customer relationships to improve integration health and growth • Understand customer structures, stakeholders, business models and needs • Provide technical guidance throughout the integration lifecycle • Collaborate with account team members to report progress and implement customer growth measures • Regularly analyze integration performance and recommend improvements • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally • Develop understanding of Cint’s and customers’ industries • Work independently from home while supporting APAC time zones • Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, sales, customer technology teams, and internal technology and product teams • Relay customer feedback and feature requests to internal technology and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Technical experience relating to APIs, API implementation, and platform-to-platform integrations • Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily • Proven stakeholder management experience • Ability to build and maintain relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams and levels • Experience managing stakeholder expectations, competing priorities, progress and risks, and driving issues through resolution • Ability to learn and implement new technologies and APIs using technical documentation • Analytical problem-solving approach • Strong communication skills and flexibility as a team player • Ability to explain complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel V-lookups, pivot tables with filtering/formulas, and de-duplication checks • Thorough and detail-oriented communication and analysis • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Confident speaking and writing in English • Bachelor’s degree is a bonus/preferred qualification in business administration, information technology, market research, computer science, engineering or related discipline • Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, and at least one programming language • Experience with SQL, Postman, Power BI, JIRA, Salesforce, Grafana or similar systems is a plus • Experience with AI • Awareness of modern software development methodologies, application architecture and API infrastructure
