📋 Description

• Build and manage customer relationships for an allocated portfolio to drive integration health and customer growth • Understand customers’ internal structures, stakeholders, business models, and needs • Provide technical guidance throughout customers’ integration lifecycles • Collaborate with account team members to report progress and implement customer-growth measures • Regularly analyse integration performance and recommend improvements • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally • Develop understanding of Cint’s and customers’ industries • Support onboarding of new customers and help achieve successful onboarding within a month • Monitor integration health and flag concerning statistics • Provide customer feedback and feature requests to internal technology and product teams • Work independently from home while supporting APAC time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Technical experience with APIs, API implementation, and platform-to-platform integrations • Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily • Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and APIs using technical documentation • Problem-solving ability using analytical methods • Strong communication and flexible team-player skills • Ability to explain complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel V-lookups, pivot tables, filtering, formulas, and de-duplication checks • Thorough and detail-oriented communication and analysis • Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies and systems • Ability to work in an evolving, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Confidence speaking and writing in English • Flexibility to support APAC time zones • Bachelor’s degree is listed as a bonus/preferred qualification, not a requirement • Familiarity with internet protocols, API frameworks, and at least one programming language is a bonus • Experience with SQL, Postman, Power BI, JIRA, Salesforce, Grafana, AI, and modern software-development methodologies is a plus
