📋 Description

• Redesign the global People Operations operating model for a fast-growing international business • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and redesign processes using AI, workflows and modern HR technology • Create an intuitive, responsive and effortless employee and manager support experience • Own global service delivery through governance, operational controls and performance metrics • Build and lead a high-performing global People Operations team • Partner with HR, People Technology, IT, Finance, Legal and business leaders on operational challenges and complex initiatives • Use operational metrics and workforce insights to identify trends, predict risks and support decisions • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex People Operations matters • Design resilient operations that support organisational growth, new markets and changing business needs • Drive continuous improvement across People Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a global People Operations, HR Operations or Shared Services function • Experience transforming, simplifying, redesigning and scaling operations and processes • Passion for AI, automation and the future of work • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution • Sound decision-making and judgement in ambiguous situations • Ability to balance employee experience, compliance and business needs • Experience building high-performing teams that embrace change • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships • Ability to use data to drive decisions while applying sound judgement • Experience using HR technology to improve employee experiences • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows within HR or business operations • Experience with HiBob, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Google Workspace, Slack and other modern People technology • Experience leading global shared services or service delivery transformations • Experience designing operational dashboards and executive reporting • Exposure to service design, organisational design or employee experience initiatives • Experience working in a high-growth international technology company • Passion for emerging AI technologies and their impact on the workplace • Reputation for turning ambiguity into clear, scalable solutions with lasting business impact
