📋 Description

• Work with engineering and product leaders to rethink organizational structures, team topology, and ways of working • Translate AI-driven changes into decisions about roles, skills, productivity, and team composition • Rebuild performance, hiring, onboarding, merit, and talent processes for technology teams • Define strategic direction and ensure execution • Identify future capabilities and align talent accordingly • Help leaders operate in ambiguity, make faster decisions, and build sustainable teams • Protect judgment, creativity, trust, and collaboration as AI scales • Use data and insights to inform people and organizational decisions

• Experience working closely with R&D / engineering teams • Experience participating in meaningful transformation • Ability to tear down and rebuild core HR systems • Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work • Proactive, sharp, and opinionated approach • Comfort working in messy, fast-moving environments • Belief that People is a core driver of business performance
