• Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools • Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders • Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to compensation and benefits, social security, and mobility • Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs • Administer performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations programs • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws • Monitor HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR • Support international mobility and relocation processes • Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions • Lead or support training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives • Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication • Demonstrate inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias • Perform other assigned duties
• Candidates must be based in Ireland or Spain (home office) • Solid HR track record in more than 1 country in Europe • Previous HR experience in France is mandatory • Minimum of 5–10 years of previous HR operations experience • 3–5 years of experience within an international environment • Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country • Fluent in English and French • Bachelor-level degree • Keen attention to detail • Experience organizing and leading projects with many different data sources • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Pragmatic, hands-on, solution-oriented attitude • Flexible and adaptable; comfortable dealing with change and competing priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mentality • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Experience with comprehensive HRIS systems • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Any People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security training is highly appreciated • Travel normally not required, though this may vary
