📋 Description

• Work with engineering and product leaders to rethink organizational structures, team topology, and ways of working in an AI-accelerated world • Translate AI-related changes into decisions about roles, skills, productivity, and team composition • Rebuild and improve People processes including performance, hiring, onboarding, merit, and talent systems • Define strategic direction and ensure execution in practice • Identify future capabilities and build talent pipelines proactively • Help leaders operate in ambiguity, make faster decisions, and build sustainable teams • Protect and strengthen judgment, creativity, trust, and collaboration as AI scales • Use data and insights to inform decisions while applying sound judgment

• Experience working closely with R&D / engineering teams • Experience contributing to meaningful transformation, not merely polishing existing processes • Comfort tearing down and rebuilding core HR systems when they do not fit • Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work • Proactive, sharp, and opinionated approach • Comfort working in messy, fast-moving environments where clarity comes late • Belief that People is a core driver of business performance, not a support layer
