📋 Description

• Program and script complex, multi-country surveys using survey programming platforms • Review client questionnaires and logic requirements and advise on survey design, routing, and user experience • Conduct QA testing of programmed surveys, including logical pathways, quotas, skip patterns, and device compatibility • Manage backend survey data and ensure clean, properly formatted delivery in SPSS, Excel, CSV, or similar formats • Diagnose and resolve technical scripting bugs, link tracking issues, and respondent flow bottlenecks during live fieldwork • Collaborate with Project Managers and client-side researchers to clarify requirements and provide project timeline updates • Own the technical execution of the survey lifecycle from initial scripting and logic testing through QA, hosting, and final data delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on survey programming experience within a market research, panel, or data collection environment • Advanced proficiency in major survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer, or similar ResTech tools • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with Python or XML is a strong plus • Exceptional analytical and QA skills • Track record of delivering clean, error-free survey logic and data files • Strong experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients • Experience managing expectations, resolving technical queries, and ensuring timely delivery
