• Champion client success: Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related requests and issues, ensuring client satisfaction and leading client data review meetings and presentations. • Deliver insight-led solutions: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable clients to make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes; present findings internally and externally. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure clients receive data and reports within agreed deadlines, coordinating with broader CIRCANA teams. • Recommend solutions: Identify products or services that best meet clients’ stated needs and explain selections to drive sales. • Manage client invoicing: Oversee the invoicing process in collaboration with the finance team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a quantitative component. • 3+ years of experience, preferably with analytical experience. • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Languages: Native Portuguese and advanced English; Spanish is a plus. • Strong curiosity about interest categories, with an inquisitive mindset and analytical skills to understand the "why" behind the data. • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. • Commitment to quality: sets high standards, seeks to improve work processes, and demonstrates attention to detail. • Adaptable and flexible: comfortable with unstructured work and ambiguity; able to develop plans and implement process and structure. • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to present insights and lead meetings.
