📋 Description

• Lead the Squad's IT team, overseeing the team's deliveries in collaboration with GP, PM, PO, LT, DEV and the Testing Team; • Responsible for removing impediments identified by the team for their deliveries; • Responsible for accurate reporting of dates, progress updates, impediments and escalations for the squads under your management; • Planning, reporting and monitoring of GMUD (change requests/releases); • Presentations to IT and business leadership; • Support the full implementation of project deliveries and their respective BSIM and rollout; • Participate in and provide cost and timeline estimates for requests presented at the demand committee; • Collaborate in building solutions for requests presented to the Discovery committee; • Manage tasks within the development pipeline (Copado) for your projects; • Perform code reviews for your projects' deliveries; • Perform project documentation checkpoints (TDB, TDA, etc.), ensuring process compliance and alignment with the requested scope.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration; • Experience with agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum) and project tools (Jira, MS Project); • Knowledge of Salesforce with the ability to conduct complex troubleshooting; • Knowledge of systems integrations and event-driven architectures; • Experience developing CPQ catalog solutions; • Salesforce product certifications.
